Storing your honey
A cupboard at room temperature with the lid on. Never the fridge — cold only speeds up crystallising.
If it sets solid, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Raw honey does not spoil.
Not suitable for children under one year old.

Same raw wildflower honey as the jars, in the bottle that actually lives on the counter. It goes in tea, over yoghurt, into a marinade, straight onto a biscuit. We fill these from the same tank as everything else — the only difference is that this one is easier to aim.
