Our Story

Georgia Honey, Two Generations Deep

Wildlight Honey started in Newnan, Georgia in the 1980s — my father kept bees, and I grew up working the hives with him. That's the whole origin story.

Today I run the operation, still in Georgia, still doing it the same way. Small-batch, raw, single-source honey from landscapes that actually matter to the flavor:

  • Sourwood — harvested from the North Georgia mountains. Buttery, light, hard to find.
  • Tupelo — from the coastal wetlands. Smooth and slow to crystallize.
  • Wildflower — a true taste of wherever the bees are working that season.

No blending. No additives. Just honey.
