Storing your honey
A cupboard at room temperature with the lid on. Never the fridge — cold only speeds up crystallising.
If it sets solid, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Raw honey does not spoil.
Not suitable for children under one year old.
Tasting Notes: Bold and full-flavored with hints of blackberry and gallberry — medium-dark, complex, and deeply satisfying.
Origin: Southeast Georgia — the same raw wildflower honey as our jars, just easier to squeeze.
