Storing your honey
A cupboard at room temperature with the lid on. Never the fridge — cold only speeds up crystallising.
If it sets solid, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Raw honey does not spoil.
Not suitable for children under one year old.
Collected one leg-load at a time.
our pollen comes from ouir hives in athens ga. we only trap pollen when it is abundant so get it while it lasts
- Floral and slightly bitter
- Stir into yoghurt or a smoothie, or eat a spoonful as it is
- Kept cool, never heat dried
- If you react to bee stings or pollen, start with a few granules
