A cupboard at room temperature with the lid on. Never the fridge — cold only speeds up crystallising.
If it sets solid, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Raw honey does not spoil.
Not suitable for children under one year old.

When we uncap a frame to harvest, the wax comes off the top . That warm yellow and the faint smell of honey are telling you where it came from.

- Unbleached, unblended, food safe
- Melting point around 145°F (63°C)
