Our South Georgia Wildflower Honey is raw, unfiltered, single-region honey gathered from the wild blooms of southeast Georgia — blackberry, gallberry and tupelo — and bottled exactly as it came out of the hive. Bold and full-flavoured with real depth rather than plain sweetness, it stands up to coffee, strong tea and cooking without disappearing.
