A cupboard at room temperature with the lid on. Never the fridge — cold only speeds up crystallising.
If it sets solid, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Raw honey does not spoil.
Not suitable for children under one year old.
Beeswax in a lid, so it can go with you.
Same wax as the tapers, poured into a jar with a lid that actually seals. It goes in a bag without shedding wax over everything, which makes it the one to take to a rental, a cabin, a hospital room, a desk. Light it, and wherever you have landed smells like our honey house.
